We have modern equipment for sheet bending, capable of processing pieces up to 4 meters long and with thicknesses ranging from 0.6 to 10 mm. In addition, we can make special custom folds in-house.

Our advanced bending facilities include an automated work island with robots, numerically controlled bending stations, and a flexible panelizer, which ensure precision and efficiency in every project.

Automated work island with bending robots

Our automated work island è consists of a SCHIAVI bending machine and an ANTIL AP5 model orthogonal axis parts manipulator.

This system makes it possible to bend manufactured goods up to 120 kg without any guarding, freeing personnel from burdensome activities.

Numerically controlled bending department

Our department è equipped with 7 numerically controlled bending machines, with lengths ranging from 1200 mm to 4000 mm and a maximum power of 220 tons.

Bending machine

Our panel bending machine è a flexible, reliable, accurate and fast system. It allows us to perform bending of metal products with maximum dimensions of 1250 x 2500 x 250 mm.

This machine è equipped with universal tooling, automatic sheet press setup, automation in feeding, handling and unloading processes.

Reduced tooling times make the panelizing machine extremely versatile, also ideal for repeatable production over time.
